Nexurion Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and Nexurion LLC (“Nexurion,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of our website located at https://www.nexurion.io and any related pages, content, forms, or features that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Site”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Definitions

  • “Site” means https://www.nexurion.io and all related web pages and features that link to these Terms.
  • “Services” means the cybersecurity, compliance, risk management, advisory, and related services Nexurion may offer, whether described on the Site or provided under a separate written agreement.
  • “Content” means all text, graphics, images, videos, downloads, whitepapers, blog posts, and other materials made available on the Site.
  • “Marks” means Nexurion’s trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and trade dress.
  • “Privacy Notice” means our Privacy Notice, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Site is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older and capable of forming legally binding agreements. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Engagements for Nexurion’s Services are governed exclusively by separate written agreements (e.g., MSA, SOW).

Unless otherwise stated, the Site, Content, and Marks are owned by or licensed to Nexurion and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for internal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not:

  • reproduce, distribute, sell, license, or exploit Site Content without written permission;
  • remove proprietary notices;
  • use Nexurion Marks without authorization.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to misuse the Site. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

  • scraping, harvesting, mining, or extracting Site Content through automated means;
  • attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks;
  • introducing malware or disruptive code;
  • impersonating others or misrepresenting affiliation;
  • interfering with Site security or operation;
  • using the Site or Content to compete with Nexurion or create derivative offerings.

AI and Automated Use Restrictions
You may not use bots, scrapers, or AI systems to copy, reproduce, or train models on Site Content in a manner that competes with or substitutes Nexurion’s services without prior written consent.

7. User Submissions

Information you submit via forms or communications must be accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Any non-confidential feedback, ideas, or suggestions you provide may be used by Nexurion without restriction or compensation.

8. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites or services. Nexurion does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Access such sites at your own risk.

Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Notice, which describes how we process personal information.

11. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXURION DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXURION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.



NEXURION’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.00 USD.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nexurion from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

14. Electronic Communications

You consent to receive communications electronically. Electronic communications satisfy legal requirements for written notice.

15. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.



Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

16. Severability

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Notice constitute the entire agreement regarding use of the Site. Separate written agreements govern client services.
